What are your shipping rates?

Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $14, with free shipping on orders of $100 or more. 

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $24.95, with free shipping on orders of $200 or more. 

Shipping to all other available international destinations is a flat rate of $39.95.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. The WyldeWoode ships to New Zealand and a range of other international destinations.

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $24.95, with free shipping on orders of $200 or more. Shipping to all other available international destinations is a flat rate of $39.95. 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received this email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us at info@thewyldewoode.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, clear photographs of the item and its packaging. 

We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose thoughtfully. 

If you would like more information about a product before placing your order, you are very welcome to contact us. 

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

What if the title I am looking for is not listed?

If the title you seek is not currently on our shelves, please ask. Our shelves reach further than they appear, and we may be able to order it for you.
